GeorgiaBadRenters.com was created by investors for investors to provide essential tools for investors and managers. With a membership purchase, investors and managers can post their bad renters or check to see if an applicant has a record entered by another investor which marks him as a 'Bad Renter'.

Every month renters move from house to house and from investor to investor leaving a trail of destroyed properties and bad debt for the investor to sort through. Often it costs the investor more money to pursue the renter than the renter actually owes - not to mention the costs of court filings, attorney fees, and garnishments - and still not receiving the money that is due !
