Any decisions of potential tenants cannot be entirely based on the contents of site. The content of this web site is provided in part by third parties and is not guaranteed to be accurate. It is entirely possible that a potential client has the same name as someone who may be considered a bad renter. Due to this fact, additional investigation on potential tenants is advised.

GBR Member Agreement
Due to the nature of this website, our terms and conditions indicate that you take full responsibility for any information that you provide about another person, and that if any information is false or misleading you may be liable for prosecution if there are any legal issues arising from the information entered. We do not offer our services to allow people to bad-mouth each other, make accusations against people, or slander their character. Any such actions will be dealt with and co-operate fully with any law-enforcement operations that arise out of such matters. Again, this site is in no way to be used for slanderous activity. Only the honest facts about your bad tenant.

Submission Policy
You agree that the information you are about to submit is truthful. You agree that any falsified or rumored Bad Renters that are submitted to this website will result in immediate membership termination with no refund or partial refund. Also, you agree upon this Bad Renter submission, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GeorgiaBadRenters LLC and any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering this website from any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of Users' access to, or use of, the Bad Renter information you are about to submit to this website.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT TERMS
