  As a member of GeorgiaBadRenters.com you will be helping yourself as well as other investors combat the problem of bad renters. You'll save hundreds - perhaps thousands - of dollars.

  Your information is kept in a secure database that can only be accessed for assistance related to the functioning of this website.  We do not share your information with third parties, so you will not receive any advertisements, phone-calls or junk mail from other companies because of us.

  The only information that is shown to others inside the site is the email address that you provide.  Your personal details : address, phone number are never displayed.

• How will I pay ?

  Once you have registered as a member you may choose two methods of payment. For immediate access to the database, you may pay by credit card of PayPal using our secure online payment system.

• Can I cancel my membership?

  Memberships are for a period of one year.  At the end of that year you may choose not to renew your membership. There are no cancellations or refunds for unused memberships.

• How do I renew my membership ?

  Near the end of your membership period you will receive an email notification to renew your membership with a direct link to renew. If you prefer, you may extend your membership by purchasing more clicks online or you may contact us by phone for other options.

• What's the difference between a Commercial and a Residential Membership ?

  We offer two types of memberships : Commercial and Residential. Residential membership allows you to search for tenants of residential properties. Commercial memberships allow users to search both residential and commercial tenants by name.

• What if I only have one name to search ?

  Registered users who wish to purchase a single search can use our "Quick Search" option to buy a one time search which will allow you to check our database for one name record. The cost is $14.99. Go directly to our Registration Page to purchase a quick search online.

• What if I run out of searches before my membership has expired ?

  Members may purchase extra searches in bundles of 10, 20, 50, or 100 to extend your number of searches beyond your membership. And, of course, you may always contact us directly for your special package requirements.

• What if my "bad renter" pays his debt ? Can I change what I entered about a tenant ?

  Users can add addendums to their entries to update a tenant record showing if the problem has been resolved and how it was resolved.

• Can I advertise on the GBR website ?
