Also, you agree upon this Bad Renter submission, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GeorgiaBadRenters LLC and any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering this website from any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of Users' access to, or use of, the Bad Renter information you are about to submit to this website.
